| Memorial Cards |
At your request, we will send you four FREE sympathy cards and one FREE thinking-of- you card.
Each 4x6 full-color card is beautifully designed and conveys a simple message of care or condolence. Inside each card, there is space for you to write the name of the person you are remembering or memorializing. Each card has a carrier envelope. |

Our card program is based on the honor system. Here's how it works:
Each time you use a card, you send a donation to Family Hospice and Palliative Care in an enclosed remittance envelope. Donation levels are listed, but you decide what is right for you. The remittance envelope also offers you the opportunity to replenish your card supply.
The persons you honor or memorialize will be inscribed into our Book of Remembrances, so please make sure you include that information in the remittance envelope.
We save you the inconvenience of going out to buy cards. Your donation helps Family Hospice and Palliative Care provide services to patients and their families.
